Felony Expungement: It's Time for a New Future! ©

We all make mistakes. We all do things we are ashamed or embarrassed by. But when that mistake results in a felony conviction on your criminal record, it can destroy your hopes for the future. In today's economy, a felony conviction can make it impossible to find employment or advance in your job. Let's face it, there are no jobs for felons. A felony conviction weighs you down, destroys your hope, and eats away at you with fear and embarrassment. Stop wasting your life. It's time for a new future.

We've Helped 1000's - We Can Help You

For the past 20 years, the Law Firm of Richard Glen Boire has been devoted to helping people move on after a felony conviction. We think this is good for you and good for society.

We are a client-centered felony expungement law firm, not a mass-market expungement mill. When our law firm accepts your felony expungement case, you can put your mind at ease. We handle every aspect of your felony expungement, from the very start to the very last court hearing.

Our National Reputation for Expungement Success

Successfully expunging your felony (and/or reducing your felony to a misdemeanor) will improve the rest of your life. It's not something to take lightly or to trust to the lowest bidder. A botched felony expungement wastes your time, and money -- but even worse - it can harm your chances for a future expungement. If you're ready to change your life and escape the mistakes of your past, you owe it to yourself to invest in the best law firm you can hire. We believe that's us. Verify arrow Our 1st Class Bar Association Status.

We keep our promises, and our fees are competitive & straight forward. There are no hidden costs or surprises. We put it in writing.

Our Felony Expungement Process & Our Results

Here's exactly what we do: We go to court, re-open your felony case, and ask the judge to withdraw your old plea of guilty (or no contest), and enter a new plea of NOT GUILTY. We then ask the judge to DISMISS your felony.

The Result: Once your felony is expunged, you can lawfully answer that you have never been convicted of the crime. This legal procedure has provided many jobs for felons. For government jobs, licenses, and law enforcement questions, you will need to disclose the felony conviction, but you can note "Case dismissed pursuant to California Penal Code, section 1203.4.") This puts employers at ease, and shows that a judge has reviewed your case and determined that you deserve relief.

How long does it take? In most cases we can file to expunge your felony within 3 or 4 days of being retained. The judge usually holds a hearing about 45 days after we file. Of course, these times vary from case to case and court to court. Rest assured we do everything possible to speed your felony expungement along, but we never cut corners.

Our Felony Expungement Prices

Each person's case is different, and felony expungements vary in complexity. Firms that charge a single fee are forced to cut corners and treat clients like cookie-cutter customers. We're different. With 20 years of expungement experience, we've streamlined the process and know how to reduce our costs. Our law firm was at the forefront of using the latest technology to cut costs and speed the process.

The first step is to have our law firm obtain and review your official criminal record. You can do this right now, and the fee is just $95. We will then provide you with a confidential professional felony expungement review. In our opinion, this is the only way to give you solid expungement legal advice and representation. If you then move forward with your expungement, you'll know exactly what we propose to do, and the exact price before we get started. We put it in writing.

How to Start Your Felony Expungement

We begin all felony expungement cases by obtaining and reviewing your official California criminal record as maintained by the California Department of Justice. (Watch out for 'record erasing' websites that want to take your felony case without even seeing your official record.) Obtaining your official criminal record is like getting an X-ray before doing surgery, plus it's very important to make sure that it doesn't contain any errors before we go into court on your expungement.

With your criminal record in hand, Mr. Boire will provide you with a professional felony reduction & expungement strategy and the exact fee for handling your case. There is no obligation. You can decide to hire us, or you can take our professional expungement strategy and go elsewhere. Of course, we believe that after you've received Mr. Boire's trusted expungement review, you'll see all the advantages to having our law firm expunge your felony.
