By downloading the Expungement Forms collected and/or created by our law firm, you agree to follow and be bound by these terms of use, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
We provide expungement forms as as service for people who want to prepare and handle their own expungement petitions. Buy purchasing these expungement forms, the Law Firm is NOT acting as your attorney - You will be serving as your own attorney.
You are fully responsible for accurately completing the forms provided, filing them with the court, and paying any filing or administrative fee required by the court.
By using the expungement forms provided by our website, no attorney-client relationship or privilege is created with the Law Firm of Richard Glen Boire.
II. Our Satisfaction Guarantee
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We guarantee that the expungement forms we provide for download are the correct forms for the specified county, and are up-to-date. If the court clerk refuses to file your petition becuase the form is the wrong form required in that county, we will promptly refund 100 percent of your payment to us.
Please note that we cannot and do not guarantee the results or outcome of your expungement case. For instance, we cannot guarantee that the judge will rule in your favor and grant your expungement, reduction, or other requested relief. The final result of your case is beyond our control, and is not covered by our guarantee. We simply provide the forms, and you are responsible for all other aspects of your case.
To obtain a refund, simply return the expungement forms we provided you along with a note explaining why they were rejected by the clerk, and we will promptly process your refund. All refund requests must be made no later than 30 days of purchase.
III. Additional Terms & Conditions
Privacy Policy. The Law Firm of Richard Glen Boire respects and guards your privacy, and permits you to control the treatment of your personal information. We will never sell or share your information without first obtaining your permission. By purchasing expungement forms from our website, no attorney-client relationship or attorney-client privilege is created with the Law Firm of Richard Glen Boire.
Ownership. This Site is owned and operated by the Law Firm of Richard Glen Boire. All right, title and interest in and to the materials provided on this Site, including but not limited to information, documents, logos, graphics, sounds, and images (the "Materials") are owned either by Law Firm of Richard Glen Boire or by its respective authors, developers, vendors, or are uncopyrighted ("Third Party Providers").
Limited Permission to Download. The Law Firm of Richard Glen Boire hereby grants purchasers permission to download, view, copy and print the expungement forms we have complied and/or created for the sole purpose of preparing the purchaser's own expungement petition. This permission terminates automatically without notice if you breach any of these terms or conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed Materials. Any unauthorized use of any Materials contained on this Site may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity and communications regulations and statutes.
No warranty. All expungement forms are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Law Firm of Richard Glen Boire expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. The Law Firm of Richard Glen Boire makes no warranty that: (a) the site or the materials will meet your requirements; (b) the site or the materials will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis; (c) the results that may be obtained from the use of the site, or any materials offered through the site, will be accurate or reliable; or (d) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the site or in reliance on the materials will meet your expectations. Any materials obtained through the use of the site is done at your own discretion and at your own risk. The Law Firm of Richard Glen Boire shall have no responsibility for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any content, materials, information or software.
Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Expungement Law Center, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damage (including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, profits, use, data or other economic advantage), however it arises, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious action, or arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use this site or materials available from this site, even if the Law Firm of Richard Glen Boire has been previously advised of the possibility of such damage. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof. (Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.) You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Law Firm of Richard Glen Boire, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site and the Materials. You agree that any damages you incur are strictly limited to the amount you paid to use our service.
Children. You agree that by using this service your are at least 18 years of age and you are legally able to enter into a contract. Minors are not eligible to use the Site, and we ask that they do not submit any personal information to us.
Governing Law; Venue. By using this Site, you expressly agree that your rights and obligations shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, excluding its choice of law rules. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the Site or Materials shall be instituted in a state or federal court in California, and in the County of Yolo or Sacramento. You and the Law Firm of Richard Glen Boire agree exclusively and irrevocably to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts in any such legal action or proceeding. These terms of use expressly exclude and disclaim the terms of the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, which shall not apply to any transaction conducted through or otherwise involving this Site.
The Law Firm of Richard Glen Boire exists solely within the County of Yolo in the State of California. You agree that regardless of where you reside or where your browser is physically located, your viewing and use of the forms we provide occurs solely within the County of Yolo in the State of California, and that all content and services shall be deemed to be served from, and performed wholly within, Yolo County, California, as if you had physically traveled there to obtain the service. You agree that California law shall govern any disputes arising from your use of this website, and that the courts of the County of Yolo, state of California, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
