If the court clerk refuses to file your expungement petition because the forms are the wrong forms required in that county, we will promptly refund 100 percent of your payment to us.
Please note that we cannot, and do not, guarantee the results or outcome of your expungement case. For instance, we cannot guarantee that the judge will rule in your favor and grant your expungement, reduction, or other requested relief. The final result of your case is beyond our control, and is not covered by our guarantee. We simply provide the forms, and you are responsible for all other aspects of your case.
To obtain a refund, simply return the expungement forms we provided you along with a note explaining why they were rejected by the clerk, and we will promptly process your refund. All refund requests must be made no later than 30 days of purchase.
