Expungement: It's Time for a New Future! ©
We all make mistakes. We all do things we are ashamed or embarrassed by. But when that mistake results in a criminal record, it can destroy your hopes for the future. In today's economy, just one criminal conviction can make it hard to find employment or advance in your career. It weighs you down, destroys your hope, or just eats away at you with fear and embarrassment.
We've Helped 1000's & We Can Help You
For the past 22 years, the Law Firm of Richard Glen Boire has been devoted to helping people move on after a criminal conviction. We think expungement is good for you and good for society.
We are a client-centered professional expungement law firm, not a mass-market expungement mill. When our law firm accepts your California expungement case, you can put your mind at ease. We handle every aspect of your expungement, from the very start through the very last court hearing, all for a flat fee agreed upon before we begin.
Our National Reputation for Expungement Success
A successful expungement will improve the rest of your adult life. It's not something to take lightly or to trust to the lowest bidder. A botched expungement wastes your time, and money, but even worse, it can damage the rest of your life. If you're serious about expunging the mistakes of your past, you owe it to yourself to invest in the very best California expungement law firm you can hire. We believe that's us. Verify Our 1st Class California Bar Association Status.
We keep our promises, and our expungement fees are honest and straight forward. There are never any hidden costs or surprises. We stake our 22-year reputation on every expungement case we handle. We will not let you down.
Our Expungement Process = Success
Here's exactly what we do: We go to court, re-open your old criminal case, and ask the judge to withdraw your old plea of guilty (or no contest), and enter a new plea of NOT GUILTY. We then ask the judge to DISMISS your case. This is known as an "expungement."
The Result: Once your conviction is expunged, you can lawfully answer that you have never been convicted of the crime. For government jobs, licenses, and law enforcement questions, you will need to disclose the case, but you can note: "Case Expunged Pursuant to California Penal Code, section 1203.4."
How long does it take? In most cases our law firm can file your expungement petition in court within 3 or 4 days of obtaining your case information. The judge usually holds a hearing about 45 days after we file. Of course, these times vary from expungement to expungement and from court to court. Rest assured, we do everything possible to speed your expungement along, but we never cut corners.
Our California Expungement Prices
Each person's case is different, and expungements vary in complexity. Firms that advertise one single fee for all expungements are forced to cut corners and treat clients like cookie-cutter customers. They do the bare minimum, and along the way hit you with "unexpected" costs, fees, and extras. (It's as ridiculous as a painting company claiming that they'll paint your house for "$495 guaranteed," without even seeing it!)
We're different, and we don't play games. We treat you like a member of our family, not like a customer in a virtual expungement mall. With 22 years of expungement experience, we're not only seasoned expungement experts, we've streamlined the process and know how to reduce costs. Our number one concern is winning your expungement case and making your future the best that it can possibly be. We do it once and we do it right.
Our California expungement prices are not "cookie cutter." Our fee is based on your particular criminal history, the county of conviction, and other case details that make your expungement case easier or harder than others. That's why we start every single case with a $95 criminal record review and expungement plan. This is Mr. Boire's professional personalized review of your criminal record, along with an exact flat fee quote -- with no hidden costs or surprises -- to handle your expungement from start to finish. You can then decide to hire us, or you can take the information to another expungement law firm. It's up to you. If you have us handle your expungement, the full $95 is applied toward our fee.
